Service
Excellent, staff are friendly and helpful, even allowing a kitchen tour.
Precautions
The eel segments (鳝段) may soften if left for a while, whereas the eel shreds (鳝丝) remain crispy.
The street has many similar restaurants; this branch is the 11th. Some newer branches opened based on this restaurant's success.
The food can be a bit oily due to the use of rapeseed oil.
The menu is highly specialized in eel dishes, with very few other options for variety.
